Working hours: PST
Responsibilities:
- Work on assigned leads, NO cold calls.
- Provide consultancy to customers to complete the order.
- Follow up using calls, emails, and texts as required.
- Consistently meet the assigned sales target.
- Build relationships with customers and generate repeat sales.
- Provide post-sales assistance to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Make the customer FEEL SPECIAL ON EVERY CALL. That is a must!

Requirements:
- MUST HAVE outbound sales experience (At least 1 year)
- Must be Work from Home capable
- Own desktop/laptop with at least 8 GB of RAM
- Stable internet connection with at least 10 mbps speed
- With headset and webcam
- Can make calls from home. Silent background.
