Appointment Setter for Solar Industry Leads

Job Responsibilities:
- Call leads provided by the client and set appointments for solar consultations
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and follow-up tasks in a CRM system
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the client's brand professionally
- Meet or exceed appointment setting goals and targets

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as an appointment setter or in a customer service role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to navigate them effectively
- Knowledge of the solar industry and its products is a plus, but not required

Note: This is an inbound appointment setting role, meaning leads will have already expressed interest in solar products or services.
