Wholesaling (real estate)

Im looking for someone who is an expert with excel and knows about wholesaling. you will be skip tracing and cold calling absentee owners to see if they are interested in selling . also you will also skip trace and cold call cash buyers to see what are they are looking to purchase property. you will create a list of interested sellers and buyers in excel and forward over to me for follow up calls
