Wholesaling Real Estate cold calling

As the owner of a Wholesaling real estate business, I am looking for a Freelancer to help me reach out to potential customers. I am seeking assistance in making about 100 cold calls to residential properties list I have obtained in order to set appointments in order to discuss potential selling of their property. The prospective clients I am looking to reach could benefit from my services and these calls would be the initial step in a relationship with them. As such, I am looking for someone who has excellent communication skills and is comfortable talking on the phone. Furthermore, I am looking for someone who is efficient and can work quickly as I am looking to get as many appointments set as possible within the cold call period. Preferably someone who has done this before or has knowledge od performing this task.
