**Job Description:
--Freelancers will have a role of an appointment setter to reach out (through cold-calling) financial professionals to set appointments for our clients.
--Basic call script, training, call simulations will be provided.
--An appointment setter will be expected to have proficient communication and customer service skills.
--Work monitoring, performance evaluation, coaching, QA will also be implemented to determine the Freelancer's work quality & stability.
**Work Details:
--Outbound calling / cold-calling
--Fixed night shift (Manila time)
--Work days will be Mon-Fri only
--Rest days are fixed Sat-Sun
--6 to 7 hours work time: 9:30am to 4:30pm US Eastern Time
--Work Rate is based PER HOUR: $3 per hour + $1 per valid appointment set
--Paid leave credits are provided (conditions apply)
--Salary increase is based on performance (under client's discretion)
