Virtual Sales Assistant, call support (Turkish Speaker)
Budget: $450 – $700 USD
Responsibilities
- Call the customers to confirm their willingness for the product and record them
- Respond to inquiries, user feedback and solve problems across platforms, including social medias, emails and other channels
- Other related tasks assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Native Turkish Speaker with a working knowledge of English
- Has a certain experience in outbound call support, sales
- Strong sense of responsibility and call skills
- Good network conditions and good knowledge of computer skills
- Flexible hours and willing to work on shifting schedule (40 working hours per week)
- Prior experience in call center preferred
