As a bustling Mortgage company, I'm searching for a dedicated bilingual virtual sales assistant. Must speak English and Spanish fluently. They would be responsible to manage various tasks: - Generating leads: I am particularly interested in someone who can bring in fresh leads and turn them into sales prospects and scheduled appointments. - CRM and Social Media Management: Keeping our CRM system up-to-date is paramount. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage contact details, client communications, and sales leads. Post new social media content daily. - Outbound Sales: A significant part of the role is nurturing leads. Through making outbound calls, follow-ups, sending texts, and emailing flyers and informative details, you'll keep our potential clients engaged and informed. The position requires 10-20 working hours per week. Prior experience in the real estate industry will be a significant advantage.
