About the role:
- Call incoming leads using scripts
The main point of contact for our customers (answering questions, solving problems, accepting requests)
- Manage email inboxes
- Manage support hotline
- Provide prompt, friendly and helpful responses to customers
- Identify/solve problems, work with teams to solve problems.
- Follow internal processes to ensure things are done according to procedure.
