As the go-to person for handling various types of calls, I'm in need of someone who can wear many hats in a telecalling role. This will encompass:
- Making sales calls
- Providing customer service
- Conducting surveys
Working hours will exceed the typical 6 hours per day schedule, as we have an abundant task list that requires a substantial amount of calls to be made. Thus, the ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a bustling environment and who can seamlessly switch between different types of calls.
Although up to some level of experience is desirable in this role, I am more interested in a candidate who is adaptable, driven, and possesses excellent communication skills.
