Versatile Real Estate Telesales Expert Needed

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making cold calls to landlords and property sellers, convincing them to list their properties for sale or rent with our company. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a thorough understanding of the real estate market in Dubai. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and completed and negotiating terms with property owners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential property owners to generate leads.
- Convince property owners to list their properties with Al Ranim Properties for sale or rent.
- Explain the benefits and services offered by our company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
- Ensure all required documentation for property listings is collected and completed accurately.
- Verify the authenticity of property documents and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with property owners to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close deals effectively and efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest market trends and property values in Dubai.
- Provide insights and feedback to the team on market conditions.
- Maintain records of calls, client interactions, and deals closed.
- Prepare regular reports on call activities and outcomes.
