Triple Auto Dailer like Mojosells

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to help me create a triple auto dialer similar to Mojosells. The main purpose of the auto dialer is for sales calls.
I would like the auto dialer to have the ability to detect answered calls, voicemail, or disconnected calls, just like Mojosells. Additionally, I would like the following features to be included:
- Call recording
- Call transfer
- Automated voicemail drop
- Triple dial calls
