Travel Package Telecalling Support
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
We are looking for a part-time Travel Sales Executive / Telecaller to handle incoming travel inquiries generated through our digital marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
• Contact incoming leads via WhatsApp and phone call
• Understand customer travel requirements
• Collect details such as travel dates, departure city, number of travelers, and trip type (Couple / Family / Friends)
• Share basic package information and qualify leads
• Follow up with interested customers
• Update lead status in Google Sheets/CRM
• Transfer serious and interested customers to the management team for final discussion and booking
Requirements:
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or travel industry preferred
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and phone calling
• Professional and polite communication style
• Ability to handle travel inquiries and follow-up

Expected Lead Volume:
Approximately 150–250 inquiries per month
