Tourism Industry Telecaller Needed

I'm looking for a skilled telecaller with a background in sales and knowledge of the tourism industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide information about tour packages: The telecaller will need to have a thorough understanding of the tour packages we offer and be able to communicate this to potential customers effectively.
- Handle B2B and B2C customers: The telecaller will need to be able to adapt their communication style between business to business and business to customer conversations.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in sales: We are looking for someone who can generate leads and successfully convert them into customers.
- Excellent communication skills: The candidate should be able to communicate clearly and confidently over the phone.
- Tourism industry knowledge: Having a background in the tourism industry is a plus, as it will help the candidate better understand our products and customers.
