Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls from our company list to a get contact list of people to invite them to the event.
- We will be provided the call list and information for the event to provide to the call recipient.
- Receive and answer the follow-up emails.
- Handle inquiries about the event.
- Manage the documentation of each call.
Requirements:
- Experience in the outbound call.
- Precision of data entry
- Strong communication, both written and verbal.
Working Method:
We provide training and information for the calls online before the beginning of the campaign.
We monitor the progress of agents and acknowledge successful callers.
