We are a tech company in Dubai, providing DevOps solutions to Software Engineers in the Middle East, Turkey and Africa region.
We are looking for an experienced tele-sales Representative joining the sales team. The ideal applicant is living in UAE / Jordan / Lebanon, and fluent in English and Arabic.
As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating the leads for the sales meeting.
*Responsibilities:
● Conduct the daily cold calls to identify potential clients and generate interest for a meeting in a professional manner.
● Scheduling meetings/appointments for the sales team.
● Establish and maintain relationships with potential.
● Record and update call activity notes and sales progress in CRM.
*Requirements:
● At least 2 years of experience in telephone sales.
● Fluency in English and Arabic for communication.
● Currently based in UAE / Lebanon / Jordan.
● Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients in a professional manner.
● Strong self-management skills, ability to work independently, and maintain a positive attitude and high efficiency under pressure.
● Experience using computers and CRM.
