HR Consultant Required – Freelance Project (Location: Sector 18, Gurugram)

We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant or recruitment freelancer to help us hire Telesales Executives (Domestic) for our Gurugram office.

Location: Sarhol, Sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana – 122015 Compensation: ₹3,000 per successfully placed candidate Payment Terms:

Payment will be made 60 days after candidate’s successful joining

If a candidate leaves within 90 days, a free replacement is required

Job Description – Telesales Executive (Domestic)
Department: Sales Work Schedule:

6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Sunday fixed off

Educational Qualification:

Minimum: 12th Pass (must have results in hand)

Graduation preferred

Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years of ongoing experience in Tele Sales

Preferred: Background in Ed-Tech, outbound telesales, or similar domains

Proven track record of performance-based incentive earnings

Age Requirement: 18 to 32 years Gender: Open to all genders Language: Excellent spoken English is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound calls to potential students to promote Frankfinn training courses

Engage prospects and encourage course enrollments

Manage follow-ups for course and payment updates

Salary Package: ₹21,000 – ₹35,000 CTC per month + Attractive Incentives
