Telesales Executive

We have an application where customers make bookings. Some of these bookings are incomplete, while many are unpaid. We need a telesales executive that will follow up these bookings. assist the customers to complete the booking, and get them to make a payment. We will provide a VIOP call appliaction, loaded with enough units to make all the calls. These calls are recorded and used for reviews and training. The payment system is also already setup and is automatically sent to the guests when you initiate. We have a varied volume of bookings everyday, so a bit of flexibility is expected. Sometimes there are very few bookings for days, other times, the bookings comes pouring in.

You will be responsible for maximizing conversion, which is getting as many customers as possible to complete payment.
