Telesales Accounting Services
We require an experienced telephone salesperson with experience in selling accounting services or financial services. We will provide you leads to call from our lead generators.
The partners have been doing this, but we feel we need a professional to do this. Preferably someone who has sold accounting services in Australia, understands the market and Australian accounting laws and processes. They must also understand the Australian dialect.
The freelancer would need to call between 3 and 10 clients a week. This is not a high volume telesales situation. Each client will take 2 - 3 calls over a week or two. Some may be able to be closed in 1 call, but there is a process of introduction, finding out their needs, buildiung some trust, prviding a solution, providing a written quote in compliance with Australian Accounting Ethical Standards Board then follow up to close.
Response times a critical to us. Ideally we need the person to be flexible enough to make the first call the lead within 10 to 15 minutes of us providing the lead. This could be either during business hours here in Australia, after business hours till 8pm (AEST) and sometime on the weekend. Once the first call is made, its up to the telesales person to make the next telephone
