I am seeking an experienced telemarketer to create and implement a B2B telesales campaign for my company. The purpose of this campaign is to introduce our Recruitment agency to businesses from all sectors in a geographic area. The main aim is to secure meetings (virtual or in-person) and/or to agree terms for future hires with HR/Recruitment teams. I have a rough script that needs refinement. We need someone who knows how to develop a strategy to effectively reach our target audience and communicate our product/service offerings. We need someone who is capable of testing and optimizing the campaign, and tracking progress to maximize our return on investment. Additionally, we are looking for someone who can provide us with regular feedback on the campaign's effectiveness as well as recommend new ideas and strategies to efficiently reach our target market.

We anticipate success in our telesales campaign, so we are looking for an individual who possesses a creative and intelligent approach to sales and marketing. To be considered, you should have a high degree of comfort in the telesales environment and be able to adjust your message to different audiences. Your experience should include strategies to maximize success and minimize customer attrition.
