Telemarketing expert to convert leads into customer

I'm looking for an experienced telemarketing expert to convert leads into customers within the stock market industry. The target audience will primarily be individual consumers, and the goal is to successfully convert them into our customer. The successful freelancer will have a proven track record in telemarketing and sales and a knowledge of the stock market industry. Must be able to work effectively and independently with minimal direction. I'm looking for a professional who can make a real impact on our business and drive sales.
Note : Payment will be based on conversions and not on monthly/hourly basis.
