Telemarketing /calling in Latvia

I am looking for a freelancer who can handle Tele calls for my services in Latvia. The ideal candidate preferably have experience in telemarketing and/or sales and should be able to speak in( Latvian and English languages)
project involves:
- Making outbound non-sales calls to potential corporate clients and email them.
- Presenting my services and explaining their benefits
- Closing deals and achieving set milestone.
The freelancer should have a friendly and persuasive phone manner and be able to handle objections effectively.
The project requires a minimum of 3 hours per week, and ongoing availability is preferred. Payment will be based on hourly work performed.
