Requirements for our work at the home program: (telemarketing software provided)
PC/Laptop:
· PC/Laptop with Windows 8 or 10, 4GB of RAM, Intel Core i3 or higher processor
· Chromebooks with a USB port and Ethernet Connection
· Macs, Macbooks with macOS Mojave (version 10.14) or later
· iPads, tablets, and smartphones are not acceptable
Internet Services:
· High-Speed 25mbps Download and 5mbps Upload speed (test your Internet speed at speedtest.net)
· If others in the home are using the internet, minimums will need to be higher
· Wired connection to the router is preferred, and WiFi can only be used if speed meet requirements
Other Requirements:
· External mouse - required for Laptops
· Wired USB Headset - (Wireless analog headsets are not acceptable)
· Webcam
· A willingness to learn and a home office or quiet workspace
· Customer Service/Sales skills are helpful, but not necessary!
