Telemarketing. Mortgage mkt. Client list provided.

I am a mortgage broker (experienced) and have just set up a new website and business. I have worked in the business for 20 years. I have a list of up to !80 people with inspections of people i have met at there homes, apartments etc. These are tenants, landlords, investors and property managers. I have names, dates, address, phone numbers and notes. I i will provide these. These people have met me and are awaiting contact. The notes will be on the file. I would say two days work at $25 ph as a guide. There are 180 clients so far. The plan is setting up an appointment. Providing my website details and giving me the details if they want to talk.
