Telemarketer or telemarketing room

Looking for a telemarketing room to call my data lists. I have lists of people in credit card debt and a short but effective script to find out if those people would like our firm to eliminate their credit card debt. I will pay for any qualified lead generated and will pay a bonus if we enroll any of them. A good qualifier could make a lot of money. I need people that speak decent English. I will supply the lists to call. You supply the phones and dialing system.
