Telemarketer required

I'm looking for US cold calling experts who can generate leads by convincing the customer over the phone and transfer those calls to licensed Agent sitting in US. Minimum 2 transfers required in an hour.. Its up yo you if you want to work on contract basis or Full time. Salary will be according to leads generated on a fixed rate or on hourly basis.
