Telemarketer - inside sales representative - outbound sales
Budget: $8 – $15 CAD
Requirements
- Stable and Fast internet speed 20mps+
- Headset with mic
- VOIP setup
- Laptop/computer that allows for calling
- 2+ years of calling experience with BPOs and other call centers
- 10+ years of sales experience
- Experience using autodialers software
- Great at using CRM’s (Salesforce and others)
- Able to call minimum 200 outbound calls a day
- Hours are 9am-5pm CAD TIME (Toronto work hrs, when businesses work here in Canada)
Skillset
- English speaking a must, fluent and professional
- Great organization skills, note taking and communication skills
- Great at negotiating and using tactics to engage and create interest
- Great listening and understanding their business and offering solutions
- Comfortable with rejection and strong mindset of staying positive and endurance
- Great computer skills, multitasking and able to work well with direction and a team
