Telemarketer Needed for Property Acquisition
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I'm looking for a telemarketer to help us find potential home sellers. We buy houses in any condition, including residential and commercial properties, and even vacant land. Your role will be using a simple online dialer to reach these property owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Introduce yourself and ask to speak to the owner of the property.
- Inquire if they would be interested in selling their property.
- If they are open to it, schedule a time for us to visit and give them a cash offer (visits take about 15 minutes and are typically easy to schedule).
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, from 10am to 6pm EST.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills: You'll need to clearly articulate our interest in purchasing their property.
- Resilience: The ability to handle rejection is crucial. Not every call will result in a sale, and perseverance will be key to your success.
A basic outline will be provided for you to work from, but creativity and initiative will be beneficial in making the most of this opportunity.
