Telemarketer/Cold Caller (Sales & Lead Generation) Job
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are looking for an experienced Telemarketer/Cold Caller to help me with lead generation and sales. The nature of the calling will be cold calling, so I am looking for someone with a positive attitude and great communication skills. The ideal candidate also has experience working with a specific language. I have established target sales/lead generation goals and would like to work with someone who is driven to achieve these goals. We are seeking a talented and motivated telemarketer/cold caller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads and sales by making outbound calls to potential clients and promoting our digital marketing services.
The primary goal is not to sell anything but to get the interest of the customer and to schedule an appointment with our sales manager for the services.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on cold calling prospective clients and introduce our digital marketing services
2. Identify potential clients and set up sales appointments (training will be given)
3. Follow up with leads through phone and email
4. Reach and exceed daily, weekly & monthly targets
5. Maintain accurate records of all leads generated
6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop new strategies for lead generation
7. Provide feedback and recommendations for improving the sales process
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
Skills & Requirements:
1. Interest & comfort with telemarketing and cold calling & a passion for sales & success
2. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (preference will be given if you have US or UK English accent)
3. Sales objectional handling in the call
4. Strong organizational and time management skills
5. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
6. Basic computer skills and knowledge of sales
7. Your own laptop with a high-speed internet connection & a microphone with flawless communication with us & customers.
