Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to a list of potential customers provided by the company.
2. Introduce and promote company products or services to prospective clients.
3. Provide information about product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
4. Answer customer questions and address any concerns they may have.
5. Keep detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
6. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
7. Follow up with potential customers who showed initial interest but did not make a purchase.
8. Collaborate with the sales team to identify sales opportunities and strategies.
9. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
10. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is a plus).
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Marathi and Hindi. Proficiency in English is not mandatory but considered a plus.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Basic computer knowledge required to handle our CRM system efficiently.
- A positive and goal-oriented attitude.
