Telecalling to app users to buy premium plan
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I am looking for a skilled telecaller to help me with a campaign to sell our premium plan to both existing and new app users. The main goal of this campaign is to increase sales and drive revenue for our business.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills and a persuasive personality
- Proven experience in telecalling and sales
- Ability to understand and follow a provided script
- Familiarity with our app and its premium plan features
- Ability to handle objections and overcome customer hesitations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to app users and pitch the benefits of our premium plan
- Follow the provided script and adapt it as necessary to effectively sell the plan
- Answer customer questions and address any concerns they may have
- Achieve sales targets and meet weekly/monthly quotas
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in our CRM system
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the telecalling campaign
