Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in telecalling or telemarketing
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to engage with potential leads and gather relevant information
- Proficient in using telecalling software and CRM systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets and deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to potential leads and qualifying them
- Gathering relevant information and updating the CRM system
- Following up with leads for further engagement
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any queries or concerns
