Make outbound calls to identified numbers.
Receive inbound calls.
Coordinate with expert team for arranging conference calls for customers with experts.
Must have very good verbal communication. Fluent in English. Should have working knowledge of Hindi.
Tasks include
Make calls as per set productivity targets
Inform customers about the company's products and handle their questions
Generate sales leads through these calls by getting customers interested in the product
Close sales leads independently or with help of experts for which incentive may be offered
Get good indepth knowledge about company's product through training offered by company
