Telecallers
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am looking for telecallers who will be responsible for making sales calls. The ideal candidate should be confident and persuasive, with excellent communication skills.Specifically in tourism industry
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred
- Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections effectively
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Persuade customers to make a purchase and close the sales
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and sales
Key Requirements:
- No specific script will be provided, so telecallers should be able to improvise and adapt their approach based on the customer's response
- Telecallers are expected to make approximately 10 calls per day
