Telecaller for travel agency

I recently started a travel agency and we need a talented telecaller to assist us in our endeavor. The main purpose of the calls will be to book reservations, so they must be able to handle inquiries in a professional manner and be comfortable speaking on the phone. We don't have a complete script or set of guidelines in place yet, so the freelancer will need to create it from scratch. The telecaller's shift will be two hours long, with a total of 1–3 hours worked per day. We are confident that with the right person, our travel agency will become a success!
