B2B Telecaller for Lead Generation - Pilot 1

I'm looking to hire telecallers who will be paid on a per demo or per meeting basis. We will provide data and script. This is for a B2B SAAS and the telecallers must have prior experience in outbound telecalling for B2B with Indian businesses. We will have fixed payment milestones.

Key Requirements:
- 1-2 years of outbound telecalling experience
- Experience with Indian B2B businesses
- Technology industry experience is a plus
- Ability to set up meetings effectively

Ideal Skills:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Experience with provided scripts and data
- Target-driven with a proven track record

Commercials:

INR 200/demo with qualified leads (client needs to answer 2-3 questions) - call recording or whatsapp screenshot to be provided
INR 350/online meeting after demo for requirement discussion
INR 500/face to face meeting after demo for requirement discussion
1% of sales (based on amount collected only)

Please note, we do not pay any upfront setup costs. Do not bid on this project if that is not acceptable.
Also as this is about calling to Indian businesses, we only want agencies/freelancers who have Indian numbers

Payment
- We will pay via milestones on Freelancer.com only
- We can set an initial milestone based on your comfort. But this would be small like for 3-5 demo so that we both can check you can deliver
- Subsequent milestone will be created after initial milestone is successfully completed
- We will provide a tracker you must update with all the demos and meetings. We are open for ideas
