Telecaller Needed for Two Wheeler Service Centre
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I'm looking for a telecaller for my two wheeler service centre. The primary goal for the telecaller will be customer acquisition, targeting both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential and existing customers
- Gather customer contact details
- Understand and note down customer service requirements
- Schedule services by collecting preferred service date and time
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in telecalling, especially in the automotive service sector will be a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to understand and note down customer requirements
- Basic knowledge of two wheeler services will be an advantage
