Telecaller

I am looking for a telecaller who can handle both outbound and inbound calling for a sales project.

Skills and experience needed:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Experience in sales and closing deals
- Proficiency in creating a script based on rough points provided by the client

Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to potential customers and pitching the sales offer
- Handling inbound calls from customers and addressing their queries related to the sales
- Following up with leads and nurturing them through the sales process
- Achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines
