We are looking for a skilled telecaller to join our team and assist with lead generation for our business (psychology department). The ideal candidate should have experience in making outbound calls to businesses. This position is open only to Indian candidates and will be salary based. The ideal candidate should have expert level experience in customer service calls.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting telemarketing calls to businesses with the aim of generating leads
- Engaging with potential clients, identifying their needs, and promoting our offerings
- Keeping accurate records of all calls made and outcomes
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, preferably in lead generation for businesses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively pitch our products and services to potential clients
- Proficient in using CRM software to manage and track leads
