I am looking to hire a telecaller to work on a sales project. They must be knowledgeable in sales etiquette and have great customer service skills. This is for a Call Detailing studio based in Chennai. Leads will be provided. The telecaller should be well versed in English and Tamil
The telecaller will be responsible for making sales calls, following a rough outline that I will provide. I expect these calls to be made with a professional demeanor at all times. The daily call volume requirement is less than 50 calls a day.
I want the telecaller to be reliable and focused on the task at hand. The right individual must be able to work independently and work on their own initiatives. This position requires excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills.
