I am looking for a tele caller to assist with sales for my business. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and be able to generate leads from our existing list of customers. The main objective of the tele calling will be to close sales and achieve our sales targets.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong sales skills and experience
- Ability to effectively communicate and persuade customers
- Experience in generating leads from an existing customer list
- Knowledge of different sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficiency in using tele calling software and tools
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers to promote our products/services and close sales
- Follow up with customers to provide them with additional information and answer any questions they may have
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
