I am looking for a skilled tele caller to join our team and assist with cold calling for sales purposes. As a tele caller, your main responsibility will be to generate leads and set appointments through phone calls.
Target Market:
- The target market for these calls includes both businesses and individual consumers. Therefore, the ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with a diverse range of individuals.
Call Volume:
- The successful candidate should be prepared to make more than 100 calls per day. We are looking for someone who is driven, persistent, and able to meet or exceed daily call targets.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor are essential for this role.
- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to record and update call information accurately.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to effectively convert leads into appointments or sales.
