We are looking for a skilled Tele Caller who can assist us in providing excellent customer support to our individual consumers. The primary goal of the calls will be to provide support and assistance to our customers.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high volume of calls efficiently and effectively
- Patience and ability to handle difficult customers
- Fluent in English
- Experience with CRM software
