I need a telesales expert to help us acquire new customers in the retail industry. Our primary goal is to increase customer acquisition and we target both businesses and consumers.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in telesales, specifically in the retail industry
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Knowledge of effective sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to understand and adapt to different customer demographics (B2B and B2C)
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products and services
- Identify and qualify leads, understanding their needs and requirements
- Provide product information, answer questions, and address customer concerns
- Close sales and achieve customer acquisition targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM system
