Tele/Email sales for training programs

I conduct soft skill training programs for Academic institutes and Corporates. I am looking for a Freelancer, who could spend 2 hours every day, for tele-calling, emailing and follow ups for these programs. Would prefer someone in Delhi/NCR, and with a strong English communication speaking and writing skills.
