We are looking for a Tamil-speaking Telecaller to reach out to opticians across India, introducing them to our range of optical lenses and spectacle cases. You will be provided with a CRM system to make calls and generate leads. This is not a target-based job – your role is to call potential customers, follow up, and help generate orders. You will receive short training to understand the products and work process.
Key Responsibilities: Call Tamil-speaking opticians and inform them about our products.
Build relationships with customers and follow up to generate orders.
Maintain records of calls and customer responses in the CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team for further order processing.
Requirements: Fluency in Tamil (mandatory).
Basic communication skills in English or Hindi for internal coordination. Good communication and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools (training will be provided). Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
