I am looking for a talented and experienced telesales expert to help me reach out to potential customers. My product or service is a service, aimed at businesses - B2B (Business to Business). I have some ideas about what I need, however the freelancer will need to create a script to carry out effective telesales. This will involve understanding who my target customer is, what the service offers, and how to successfully engage with them over the phone. You must have extensive experience in telesales - both B2B and B2C - combined with a flair for creating effective and concise call scripts. You need to be comfortable working independently, and be able to use your own initiative to engage with customers in a professional and convincing manner, whilst adhering to compliance and ethical standards. You will be expected to develop strategies to find and connect with key decision makers at target businesses, and be able to demonstrate success in improving efficacy rates with telesales calls.
