Daily call volume: Between 50-100 calls
Responsibilities:
- Cold calling potential clients to schedule appointments for our sales team
- Qualify leads and gather necessary information
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and appointments
- Follow up with leads and confirm appointments
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving call scripts and strategies
