Supplier Sign-Up Through LinkedIn
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are looking for a freelancer who can help us with onboarding suppliers to our portal. The task involves messaging potential suppliers on LinkedIn and convincing them to sign up to our portal. You will be given a list of suppliers that needs to be contacted which is stored in a Google sheet.
Responsibilities
- Contact suppliers from the list provided in the google sheet through LinkedIn messaging.
- Explain the benefits of our platform and persuade suppliers to sign up.
- Introduce our portal and explain the benefits of being a registered supplier.
- Guide the supplier through the sign-up process, including providing assistance in completing the necessary forms and answering any questions they may have.
- Maintain accurate records of all communication and progress made with each supplier.
- Create and maintain a database of contacted suppliers and their responses.
- Work closely with the team to ensure that the onboarding process runs smoothly.
- Collaborate with team members to improve the onboarding process and develop effective strategies to increase sign-ups.
Requirements:-
-Must have previous experience in supplier onboarding and LinkedIn messaging.
-Must be proficient in written communication in English.
-Must have a LinkedIn account with a good network and experience in using LinkedIn to generate leads.
-Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
-Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Must have accuracy in recording information.
Deliverables:-
-Contacted Suppliers List: The freelancer is expected to update the Google sheet with the list of suppliers that they have contacted on LinkedIn.
-Supplier Sign-up List: The freelancer is expected to update the Google sheet with the list of suppliers that have signed up to our portal through their efforts.
-Weekly Progress Reports: The freelancer is expected to provide weekly progress reports to the team leader, which should include the number of suppliers contacted and the number of sign-ups achieved.
-Communication with the Team: The freelancer is expected to communicate with the team leader to discuss any issues, provide updates, and receive further guidance.
-Task Completion: The freelancer is expected to complete the task within the given timeline of 4 weeks and ensure that all suppliers on the list are contacted.
Payment:
The payment for this job will be based on a per sign-up basis. The freelancer will be paid $24.17 for 100 suppliers that signs up to our portal through their efforts. Payment will be made weekly.
Timeline:-
We expect the task to be completed within 5 Days The freelancer is expected to contact at least 100 suppliers per week and ensure that they are onboarded to our portal.
