Blackline Media LLC is looking for a dedicated telemarketing team to kick-start our sales campaign. We are starting small with big plans to grow, needing a team ready to expand with us. Initially, we can handle 3 telemarketers, but we have plans to scale significantly beyond that. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated telemarketers who want to be part of a growing business.
What We Offer:
Hourly Earnings: $13/hr (including base pay, commissions, and bonuses)
Base Pay: $2 per hour
Commission: 10% of revenue from each successful sale
Performance Bonuses:
5 sales in a month: additional $20 per telemarketer
10 sales in a month: additional $50 per telemarketer

Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
