Skilled Property Management Skip Tracing & Cold Calling

We are in need of a dedicated and experienced skip tracer and cold caller with a strong background in the Real Estate industry to support our new property management company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Skip trace a prepared list of contacts using your expertise in the Real Estate industry
- Engage in cold calling activities to pursue potential clients and maintain a high-level of interaction
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in skip tracing and cold calling techniques, with a specific focus on the Real Estate industry
- Proven track record of closing deals and generating leads
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with clients
Communication:

Compensation:
- We're offering a competitive rate of $5/h for 20 hours a week, with the potential for additional bonuses and commissions for each successful client engagement.
